TERMS OF USE

These terms are an agreement between you and CAR SOLUTIONS NETWORK SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, operating as Car Solutions Network ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing Horizon you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play Horizon for your own entertainment. That's it — simple.

Please don't copy, modify, resell or redistribute the game, reverse-engineer it, or use cheats, bots or exploits. We may suspend access in cases of abuse.

Horizon may offer an optional rewarded video that lets you continue a run once after earning the reward. Ads are provided by a third party and may not always be available. Closing an ad before the reward is earned may mean that no continue is granted.

Horizon — including its name, code, artwork, sounds and design — belongs to Car Solutions Network. Playing the game doesn't transfer any of these rights to you.

Horizon is provided "as is" and "as available". We may add, change or remove features, or stop offering the game entirely, at any time and without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Horizon. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Horizon, if any.

If you get Horizon from the App Store, Apple's terms also apply. Car Solutions Network, not Apple, is responsible for the game, its content and its support.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page; continuing to play after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Car Solutions Network is established, without affecting your mandatory consumer rights at home.
